How to Calculate CGPA for Degree 1st Year
Most of the degree first year students don’t know how to calculate CGPA in degree courses. Because CGPA calculate and GPA calculate are totally different. Degree 1st year total exam total of 4 subjects and 7 parts. one part has 4 point which is total 28. So if you want to calculate the CGPA of your first year exam then you have to find out your points from your result. So take your result sheet and follow the instruction below. Firstly plus all the point of your 7 subjects. For example, you got 3.0, 3.50, 3.75, 2.75, 2.50, 3.25, 3.75. Now multiply those credits with total credits. Such as 3.0 x 4, 3.50 x 4, 3.75 x 4, 2.75 x 4, 2.50 x 4, 3.25 x 4, 3.75 x 4. Then sum those multiples. For example 12 + 14 + 15 + 11 + 10 + 13 + 15 = 90. After that divide this sum by 28.
